- No-shows or failure to board the water taxi at the scheduled time.

- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Changes & Modifications
If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, contact us before the service provider’s cancellation deadline. Some providers may allow modifications without penalties.
