At Hydroticket, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our system, you may submit a formal request by following the steps below:

How to Request Deletion of Your Data:

    Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Request for Data Deletion”.

  2. Include the Following Details in Your Email:

    • Your full name

    • Registered email address

    • Any ticket or account ID (if available)

    • A brief note stating your request for data deletion

  3. Processing Time:

  4. Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.

Important Notes:

  • Deleting your data will remove your account, booking history, and any active or past tickets.

  • This action is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Hydroticket again in the future.
