A brief note stating your request for data deletion
Processing Time:
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.
Deleting your data will remove your account, booking history, and any active or past tickets.
This action is irreversible. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Hydroticket again in the future.
